2. What data we process
- Contact details you give us by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, company, email, phone, region or city.
- Project data: measurements or floor plans of the venue, photos, type of business, approximate budget and the content of your message.
- Client data: what is needed to prepare quotes, invoice, manufacture, deliver and install the order and provide maintenance.
- Conversations with the AI assistant (Cristina): the text you write and the contact details you choose to give.
- Browsing data through technical cookies, as described in the Cookie policy.
We do not need special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.). Please do not include them in your messages.

We do not take decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except where required by law (for example, to the Spanish Tax Agency). To provide the service we use processors that handle data on our behalf, under contract and with GDPR safeguards:
- Web hosting and email.
- Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), if you write to us through that channel.
- Artificial intelligence and database providers that run the assistant.
- Transport companies and installers, only with the data needed for delivery and installation.
- Tax and accounting advisers.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). In that case the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotes not accepted: up to 2 years from the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal periods (6 years for accounting and tax records, plus the warranty and claims period).
- Commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent.
- Conversations with the assistant: up to 12 months, unless they become part of a quote or order.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to info@multiplay.com.es or by post to C/ Hermosilla 48, 1º, 28001 Madrid (Spain), stating the right you are exercising. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
Our services are aimed at companies and professionals. We do not process data of children under 14.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy because of legal or service changes. The version in force is the one published on this page.
