2. What it is for and its limits
The assistant answers general questions about our products, materials, standards, lead times and guide prices, and can collect your project details so that we can prepare a quote. Its answers are for guidance only and may contain errors. Final quotes, sizes, lead times and conditions are always confirmed in writing by a member of our team. The assistant does not replace technical advice or that of the authorities that grant opening licences.
3. Human oversight

4. Your data
Conversations are processed according to our Privacy policy. They are not used to train third-party artificial intelligence models. Do not include personal data that is not needed for your enquiry.
5. AI-generated content
When we publish images or videos created or modified with artificial intelligence that may look real (for example, 3D simulations of an installed playground), we will say so next to the content.
