Soft play equipment for the UK, direct from the factory
Multiplay manufactures commercial soft play equipment, trampoline parks and Ninja Warrior courses in Spain and installs them in the UK with its own crew. We design your soft play frame in 3D at no cost from your floor plan, build it in our factory in San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante) to EN 1176 and EN 1177, and organise shipping, customs and installation. Since 2009, more than 600 playgrounds in 31 countries.

Manufacturing
In our factory in Alicante; manufacturing and installation usually take 4 to 6 weeks.
Installation
A small frame takes 1 to 2 days on site and one of about 40 m² takes 5 to 7 days.

Do you install soft play in the UK?
Yes. The United Kingdom is one of the 31 countries where we have installed, and our own crew does the installation.
Which standards does your soft play meet?
EN 1176 and EN 1177, including their successive amendments, published in the UK by BSI as BS EN 1176 and BS EN 1177. Trampoline beds follow EN 13219.
Who handles shipping and customs?
We do, with our customs agent and a correspondent at destination. Shipping and installation are quoted separately.
What must the venue have ready?
Finished building work, electricity, water, toilets and climate control, and no other trades working on site.
How do payments work?
A 50 % deposit, 30 % when installation starts and 20 % when it is finished.
Do you sell to distributors?
Yes. Distributors get special discounts and may have exclusivity in their country.
